Today, as Head of Product at Loop, I’m leading the transformation of healthcare technology and employee benefits in India. We’re building flexible benefits that help people truly understand insurance: what to cover, how much to cover, and why, so they can make confident, informed decisions. Beyond financial protection, we’re reimagining healthcare with preventive care at its core, using data, UX innovation, and empathy to guide millions of members toward better health outcomes.
Before Loop, at Zepto, I helped scale the product from early stage to millions of orders, shaping the consumer experience, driving growth and monetisation, and balancing speed with long-term brand trust. At Gojek and Ola, I built platforms that scaled across markets, launched new customer loyalty models, and designed systems that improved gross margins while delivering great customer experience.
I thrive where ambition is high, execution is fast, and the product is central to the mission. My focus is always around building high-agency teams, aligning them to purpose, and delivering impact at scale.

My session with Piyush on building a career strategy for the Indian market was super productive and highly insightful. For the majority of the session, he asked me questions to identify what is and what isn't really going well (not just for him, but myself), and why.
