Hi ! My name is Rugved, My journey into software development started as computer gamer. It pulled me into world of computer graphics, programming and system architect.

I have grown from working as junior programmer, web developer to sr. software developer, recently solution architect in relatively short amount of time.

I believe anyone with career path and vision can grow into lead programmer or staff engineer. One does not have to be the best at only programming skills to grow. It is often the soft skills that are required to thrive in competitive job market.
