I hold a PhD in neuroscience and transitioned from academia to industry. I’ve driven innovation through research for sleep products at Bose and led human factors research at Apple. With 6 years of industry UX research experience and 13 years in research and mentorship, I’ve guided students and professionals through career transitions across UX, design, engineering, biomedical research, and more. As a mentor in the HCI Master’s Program at UC Santa Cruz, I also support students with their projects and prepare for the job market.
