About
I help technical professionals accelerate their careers, expand their leadership, and maximize their impact.
I bring over 10 years of leadership experience in research and engineering, leading multidisciplinary organizations across AR/VR, hardware, systems engineering, and neuroscience technologies. I hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering and have held leadership roles at Meta Reality Labs Research and the Allen Institute, where I have helped professionals at every career stage, from early-career engineers and researchers to senior technical leaders, expand their influence and advance their careers.
What happens when you start
You tell Serol your goals. They see exactly what you want to work on before session one.
You meet within days. Serol reviews your application and books your first session, usually within a day or two.
You leave with a plan. Concrete next steps and a weekly rhythm from your very first week.
