I began my career as a digital designer and then specialised in UX. My background in design helped me get a firm grip on key design principles. My specialising in UX helped me to understand how to get to the core of customer needs and guide business owners and teams behind the scenes to become aligned with their customers too. This drove business growth, customer retention and increased ROI for each of the businesses I consulted for.

Being a quality UX or Product Designer isn't just about research, creating wireframes and design systems...It's also about understanding how to present, understand people, communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple departments. Each department has different needs and needs to hear the same information in a way that makes sense to them.

Over the years, I've also facilitated many Design workshops, collaborated with teams of Developers, Designers, Marketers, Directors, Project Managers & customers.
