About

**Embracing Change: A Path to Professional Growth**In today's rapidly evolving landscape, the ability to adapt to change is essential for success. While change can be challenging for many, I am here to support you as we navigate this journey together.
With over 30 years of diverse and extensive experience in the IT industry, I have cultivated a deep understanding of various facets of technology and management. My career began at the Help Desk, where I gained invaluable insights into IT operations, including systems implementation, project and time management, troubleshooting, and customer service. Through dedicated learning, including Microsoft courses, I advanced to the role of Systems Analyst. My pursuit of knowledge continued as I specialized in networking, ultimately becoming a Network Analyst and Security Administrator.
A pivotal moment in my career came when a mentor offered me a management position. Initially, the transition from a technical role to management was daunting; however, I soon discovered a passion for leadership and the responsibilities it entails. My strong organizational and problem-solving skills facilitated this transition, prompting me to focus on leadership and management training. I also earned certification in public management to further enhance my capabilities.
Now, I am eager to leverage my extensive experience to help others grow, navigate challenges, and carve out their career paths. If you are seeking guidance, inspiration, or a career assessment, I am here to assist you in developing the skills necessary to become a leader in your field.
I welcome inquiries and look forward to the opportunity to connect.
