I focus on helping Data Scientist and ML Engineers specialize in Responsible AI/AI Ethics, upskill in Machine Learning, and getting juniors on track with the right guidance out of the gate.

I'm a Data Scientist and Startup/VC Advisor who began my career in tech by scaling marketing operations for VC-backed startups. I combine my background in communications and passion for algorithmic justice to assess the outcomes of AI systems. I've developed ML Fairness education at Microsoft, teach ML and Responsible AI courses on LinkedIn Learning, and support various federal AI policy initiatives.

I'm an International Speaker and have given keynotes on algorithmic bias at conferences like PyData and the Women in Analytics Summit.

As the founder of the AI Alternatives Lab, I work to design an AI future that’s equitable, non-exploitative, and transparent. I've also been recognized as one of 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics.
