My name is Mark, and I am a cybersecurity leader with over 30 years of deep technical experience in information technology, IT governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. I am a CISSP, CISA, CISM and CRISC, and am a frequent mentor and trainer. I also facilitate study groups for those preparing to take the CISA, CISM, CISSP, and Security+ exams. Fun fact: I actually had an article published in "2600: The Hacker Quarterly" many years ago when I was an ethical hacker.
I have expertise in major IT security and compliance standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR, OWASP, and the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA).

I've transitioned from operation to GRC and I only am familiar with textbook knowledge. My mindset also needed to change and Mark setup some stepping stones for me which I really appreciate. We have a 30mins session which Mark gave me a lot of insights, what to expect, what to focus on and what will be a big impact. I'm working towards that and looking forward to our next catch-up.
