Over the last 8 years I’ve worked across autonomous driving, generative AI, and foundation models at startups ranging from early-stage companies to unicorns like Synthesia and Wayve. I’ve spent my career translating cutting-edge AI research into real products.
Building a career in AI can feel overwhelming. It’s hard to know which skills actually matter, what to learn next, and which trends are worth investing in. The internet is full of noise and generic advice, but very little reflects how hiring, research, engineering, and product development actually work inside frontier AI teams. Together, we’ll focus on what matters: building the right technical depth, making informed career decisions, preparing for interviews, and understanding how high-performing AI teams operate.
I work with a small number of ambitious people each month to help them make better career decisions, prepare for interviews, build the right technical depth, and position themselves for roles in AI, or simply help thinking about career change in a principled way.
My goal is to help you accelerate your career in AI by avoiding months, or even years, of trial and error through lessons I learned myself.
