Niharika is a great mentor. She is very knowledgeable and can provide a lot of great guidance. She is good at listening to what your issue is and giving feedback as to what is the best solution. She helped me get focus on the most important parts of Android Development.

I think Niharika has been a great mentor. She gives good suggestions on how to be a better developer. Beyond her own knowledge that she shares, she has also provided good reference to some resources that help teach the newest framework and code architecture.

I have enjoyed Niharika as a mentor. I can tell she genuinely want to see me achieve my goals. I am only having to stop the mentorship at this time as I have other priorities that have gotten in my way. It will be taken me longer than I had originally expected but I will get there. She has given me a good framework to build from that will move me to success.
