What's included in the trial?

We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
I am a certified adult educator from Estonia, who is driven by supporting students and young professionals on their development path. I am currently finishing my MA studies in Innovation and Technology Management in University of Tartu, while working as a workshop facilitator and trainer in an innovation studio, guiding game-based learning on entrepreneurship for teenagers and building my own training company. I am passionate about technology and education and my mission is to ensure the necessary soft skill development that's sometimes neglected in formal education. I have some academic and professional experience regarding IT, UX analysis and product management but through leading an international NGO I discovered my passion for learning and development field and gained experience in multi-cultural teamwork. I have mentored several NGO members and youth trainers and delivered more than 400h of training for young leaders all over Europe. In addition, I have learnt and practiced coaching and I am happy to take a coaching approach with my mentees. I am here to mentor you on topics ranging from teamwork and leadership, training and facilitation to design thinking and product development.
