Coached +100 African startups, some of which have succeeded in raising more than 1M usd besides other tangible and intangible achievements. Designed several startup programs, raised +350k usd from donors and managed/led many. Occupied the role of an Entrepreneur-in-Residence/Venture Partner within a Startup Studio and then within a MENA climate-tech accelerator in which 2 startups from my group have won the competition. Ideal mentees (non-exhaustive list)
-If you have a startup idea and you don’t know where to start and/or you would love to be supported on how to go from idea to startup (the right methodology), how to validate your idea, how to pitch, how to raise funds, the mistakes to avoid etc. This will save you time and money. I am also currently in the process of launching a VC fund so I also wear the investor lens, I can share what investors are looking for and I can make sure that you have the success ingredients from the start.
-If you want to launch a new Startup Support Organization in your city/country and would like some support in defining the value proposition, the target market, the positioning etc. I co-founded 2 coworking spaces from scratch and collaborated with several SSOs.
