I am currently serving as an Associate Design Director at McKinsey & Company, where my role involves leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative software and Agile solutions for complex AI/ML technological challenges. My expertise, garnered from over 10 years of experience in user research and data analysis, is augmented by a global perspective and a commitment to human-centered design principles.
My diverse background encompasses engineering, business, and design, equipping me to tackle a wide range of issues in sectors such as healthcare, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), social impact, education, and cybersecurity. My passion for continuous learning and making a substantial impact is evident in my work. Among my most significant projects is Daemo, a self-governed crowdsourcing marketplace developed in collaboration with Stanford University, and my tenure as Lead Product Designer at the Data to AI Lab at MIT.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I am an avid learner and practitioner of diverse skills. I am a certified Open Water Diver, a private pilot, and a skilled woodworker and tinkerer. I also take great pleasure in mentoring upcoming product designers and am recognized as a Design Thinking Expert.
