I’ve also had the privilege of interviewing, promoting, and serving on promotion committees for hundreds of individuals.
One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been mentoring managers and ICs, helping them level up their skills and grow all the way to L8. I’m excited to keep doing this and help others thrive.
