I’ve spent over 20 years working as an individual contributor at LinkedIn, IBM Research, and various startups, focusing on recommendation systems, databases, and high-performance computing. Along the way, I’ve led teams of all sizes—from just a few people to hundreds—and watched companies grow from seed stage to stable, public entities. I’ve also had the privilege of interviewing, promoting, and serving on promotion committees for hundreds of individuals.
One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been mentoring managers and ICs, helping them level up their skills and grow all the way to L8. I’m excited to keep doing this and help others thrive.
