I was born in Africa, grew up in the UK, and spent half my adult life working in Europe, including 20 years in international banking. While I never was "flashy", I was recognized as someone who loved getting stuck in, succeeding by taking on the un-glamorous, difficult, and failing projects that others avoided. These experiences, especially turning around failing initiatives, earned me respect from senior management and provided deep, detailed business knowledge.

My unique skill set allows me to quickly identify root causes, ask direct questions, and formulate alternative solutions that deliver the same or better results while managing risks effectively. This enables me to offer a fresh, experienced perspective to help you look into business challenges differently and pinpoint what is hindering growth.
