Hi, I am the founder of RemoteWinners.com. My background is in software engineering and engineering leadership, and I have spent years learning how to make remote engineering teams actually work.

I started mentoring because I noticed a lot of ‘one-size-fits-all’ advice in the tech world that just does not work in practice. My goal is to help you cut through the noise.
