I'm Anna, I spent last 15 years in tech and 10+ of them at Miro, building things from 0 to 1 and then scaling. During this time I made my hands dirty finding our first users and channels, exploring customer needs, doing content and product marketing and then ended up in product taking various challenges — serving as a Head of Product in the period of finding product market fit and initial scaling, launching new use cases afterwards and then building a muscle of operational excellence. One of my biggest beliefs is that teamwork is an essential component that helps the companies win as well as culture. As a people leader, I also learnt the lessons of authenticity, decisiveness and care and discovered the passion for helping people grow. This is what brought me to an advisory and coaching practices, which I do from time to time.
