We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
I'm an engineer-turned-engineering manager with over 6 years of experience in the tech industry. I started my career as a front-end engineer, growing my skillset into full-stack web development with React and Python. In my current role, I'm responsible for the success of the team as a whole and the individuals in it.
I've mentored both people new to the tech field as well as more experienced engineers on their way to the next level. I would love to help someone with a couple (or more) years of experience with their career progression.
