I have over 20 years of engineering experience, including 10+ years in engineering leadership across teams of up to 30+ people and multiple layers of leadership. I’ve worked in mid-sized companies through rapid growth, reorgs and scaling challenges, building and maintaining high-load SaaS and B2C products.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve coached dozens of engineers and engineering leaders towards higher-impact roles, better-paid opportunities and more sustainable growth.
