Artem Manchenkov

Hey, I’m Artem! I’ve been in tech for over a decade, building my way up from freelancing gigs to a leadership role in BigTech. I started out teaching computer science at a college, so I know a thing or two about helping people learn and grow in tech.

After teaching, I dove into software engineering, starting small with website projects as a freelancer and eventually working my way up to leading teams and building complex systems in Big Tech. Today, I work at Microsoft, where I can leverage all my experience in DevOps, Web, Mobile, and even Game Development to make some really exciting products.

Here are some achievements during my career:
- Led a team of 7 engineers and increased performance by 30%
- Built complex event-based architecture for BigTech company and improved operation metrics resulting in revenue growth
- Conducted more than 100 interviews from both interviewer and interviewee perspectives
- Started initiatives in companies and developed a better engineering culture
- Successfully applied different techniques to improve product quality in different companies
- Conducted more than 30 courses for college and online universities
- More than 100 of my students and mentees found their way into IT and got offers
