Information Technology and Cybersecurity: I have over 15 years’ experience in IT, currently serving as a Senior IT Threat and Vulnerability Analyst at Zimmer Biomet, working towards a comprehensive risk management program.
Organizational Communication: I'm a communication researcher with a focus on the human implications of artificial intelligence in the workplace. My work centers on Uncertainty Management Theory, exploring how organizations can mitigate employee challenges during AI implementation through transformational leadership.
Instruction and Training: I facilitate training across many contexts, including my role as an instructor at Western Governors University. I also serve on the AI curriculum development team.
I bring a compassionate approach to mentoring, guiding mentees through managing workplace anxiety and building resilience for professional growth.
