Hello everyone, 👋🏼
I work with design leaders, founders, and product teams who want to deepen how they think, build, and lead.
My background sits at the intersection of UX Design, product strategy, with frontend development and a passion for human behavior. I’ve spent over 25 years building digital products, at Google and co-founding a fintech company, leading experience design, people operations and customer service. Alongside that, I work in strategic design coaching and facilitation, helping people understand the human layer behind the work they create.
In my mentorship, I focus on helping you slow down your thinking so your decisions become clearer. That might mean sharpening your leadership style, your strategy, UX craft, stepping into leadership and management roles and what that requires and means, navigating ambiguity in product work, or building stronger intuition in your organization, users and systems.
I also love supporting people at cross-roads in their career, hiring and transitioning into management roles to think differently and make practical suggestions for the path forward.
