AI is quickly becoming a core part of how modern professionals work, but using it well takes more than trying a few prompts. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you use AI more effectively in your day-to-day work, based on your role, goals, and workflows. Whether you want to save time, improve output quality, learn better prompting, or understand how AI fits into your field, this session gives you practical guidance you can apply right away.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to explore where AI can be most useful for you, how to use the right tools with more intention, and how to avoid common mistakes or shallow workflows. Together, you can review use cases, refine prompting, build better habits, and think through how AI can support research, writing, analysis, communication, coding, or decision-making in your specific context. The goal is to leave with clearer use cases, stronger workflows, and more confidence in applying AI to real work.

I help build better people and products. I work with founders and companies strategizing, designing and building AI products. I also work with people to explore what goes unseen, through honest inquiry and the kind of presence that only comes from someone who has been there themselves.

I've spent over twenty years working across technology, startups, and human development. I've led design at Google Switzerland, shaped product strategy at Consensys MENA, and co-founded Mamo, a DFSA-licensed fintech. I've also been an Acumen Global Fellow, working on financial inclusion through microfinance in rural Asia.

Today I work with founders and companies on AI product strategy, experience design, and design leadership. I also advise on design team culture and organisation design, and invest in ventures aligned with mental health, sustainability, and forward-facing technology.

Alongside the consulting work, I coach. I'm a Certified Co-Active Coach and PCI Certified Integration Practitioner, trained in harm reduction, trauma-aware practice, and ethics. My approach is shaped by over a decade of personal practice including meditation, somatic work, plant medicine, Vipassana retreats, and the Hoffman Process.

I'm based in Cape Town. I work with clients worldwide.
