My first 4 years in development were code first ask questions later. Then I found a job under someone who could truly mentor me in the principles of good code. This change in my career propelled me from a year one developer into a professional software engineer and I would love to pay it forward by helping you.
In the last 4 years I have spent countless hours researching best practices and understanding the essence of quality code. All my hard work allowed me to teach my co-workers how to reach their true potential. Officially this year all that hard work paid off and I have earned the promotion to Architect.
I am always looking for new ways to challenge myself and learn at work and in my free time. Then I heard about Mentor Cruise and was excited to expand my insight to other developers and help them succeed.
In my career I have excelled in many object-oriented programming languages but have stayed with C# because of its overwhelming benefits. I spend a lot of my pastime working on personal projects including Blazor and game development. My professional priority is to write readable, reusable, understandable, and testable code using the SOLID principles with time-tested patterns.
