I have experience in providing engineering leadership for large scale organization including Amazon Web Service and Oracle Cloud. I have helped build traditional network and network software on which Amazon Web Services run. I have built infrastructure/platform as a service which is used by internal or external customers to build their applications. Having a 360-degree view of building network, distributed systems and software allows me to find opportunities to innovate, improve efficiency, and deliver business critical outcomes. I personally have gone through corporate career ladder growth as well as have transitioned from network engineer, to software engineering to leadership positions.

This was my first mentorship. I chose Avinash because he'd already crossed the same bridge, network engineer to infra software engineer. We met every two weeks. He answered my question from his experiences. In addition, he gave me advice on the materials to get ready for job-hunting abroad in our technology domain. So far, two months, his mentorship encouraged me to chase my career plan in the balance the AI skills with the network ones.
