With 18 years of IT experience, I’ve navigated various roles such as Senior Scrum Master, Agile Transformation Coach, Release Train Engineer, and Agile Delivery Lead. I’ve collaborated with leading organizations like Toyota, AT&T, Michaels, and Emerson to drive successful agile transformations.
Throughout my career, I’ve trained and coached Scrum Masters, Product Owners, stakeholders, and diverse teams in fostering an agile mindset and executing various frameworks. My expertise spans multiple agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, and Scrumban, along with traditional project models like Waterfall and Iterative approaches.
I’ve personally guided over 20 individuals in transitioning to roles like Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, or in achieving their next career milestone. As a passionate Agilist, I believe in continuous learning and improvement at every stage.
My technical background as a web developer enriches my understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of Agile practices. I am also a Certified Agile Coach, CSM, and SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
