I assist my mentees on their MLOPS, SRE and DevOps journeys by working on real-world projects. They learn by actively provisioning cloud-native platforms across various cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, as well as managed Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, AKS, etc.). We adhere to DevOps and SRE principles such as IaC, Git, CI/CD, GitOps, monitoring, observability, SLOs, tracing, and microservices, and we collaborate using Git (GitHub), code reviews, pull requests, and pair programming.

Aymen is a great mentor. He very quickly understood my needs and he was very open for changes even after creating full mentoring plan for 6 months. He is very helpfull with challenging tasks in daily work. Also his level of technical expertise is extremely high and i would say inspiring. I can definitely recommend working with Aymen but mostly with a higher plans with more meetings in month - on call discussions with him are full of great and concrete insights.

I was looking for a mentor specifically for Platform/DevOps Engineering. Aymen helped me to understand the important concepts in the field and areas of foundational knowledge that are required. He also helped me gain a view on what the current industry is looking like in terms of tools and technologies. He provided me with many useful articles and blog posts. He knows the messy reality of production systems and gave me very honest, practical insights into SRE risks that you won't find in textbooks.
