Hi, I'm Fernando. I'm an active Amazon L6 Bar Raiser with a hands-on engineering background in DevOps, SRE, and Linux infrastructure.
I talk to a lot of brilliant Senior, Staff, and Engineering Manager candidates who can definitively pass their technical screens but get stuck on the behavioral interviews.
