I have worked across video game and entertainment companies with a background in marketing and have moved into transformation and executive level program management. I specialize in the work most organizations desperately need but rarely have someone who owns it: designing the operating infrastructure that makes everything else run. I do it because I genuinely want to make the teams I support thrive and give them a better place to work. I’m also a mom of two elementary school children and I’m living through trying to balance that with a full-time career. I definitely don’t have all the answers, but love to provide structure and clear next steps to ambiguous challenges.
