Prior to Avanade, I led the North America business for Adverity, a Series D SaaS startup where I grew revenue 150% YoY and reduced Cost of Sale 50% YoY. I also led sales for Amazon Business’s $120M B2B tech, media and telecom (TMT) business across mid-market and enterprise nationally growing 30% YoY.

An advocate for professional women, I co-founded the Amazon Business Women’s Advocacy Circle (WAC) in 2020 to promote a more inclusive workplace for women. This resulted in 300% YoY growth in the promotion and recruitment of women-identifying professionals. WAC features intimate monthly lunches with senior executive women, career development resources, and leadership training. We also educated leadership on unconscious bias and set standards for recruiting women.

I enjoy giving back to my community as a volunteer with the Junior Welfare League (JWL) of Huntington, NY. JWL has served those in need throughout Huntington for more than 100 years. Our fundraising efforts support Backpacks for Kids, Adopt a Family for the holidays, and Summer Camp for Kids. Prior to joining the JWL, I served on the Board of Directors of Minds Matter NYC, the Board of Directors of Suited for Change in Washington, DC, and on the Advisory Boards for the Girl Scouts of Greater New York and the MetOpera Young Associates.
Traveling with my family brings me the most joy. I am fortunate to have explored 40+ countries. I also enjoy the performing arts (especially opera) and getting lost in museums around the world.
