We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
Over the last 10 years of my career in design, I have worn many hats and taken on many challenges.
I am a researcher, collaborator, and mentor.
Presently, I am a Senior UX Researcher at TrustFlight, a company that is digitizing the aviation industry with the development of the digital aircraft records system (DARS) in collaboration with the Canadian Digital Supercluster, Boeing Canada, and RaceRocks.
Through user research, I have evaluated and improved the user experience for enterprise softwares, AR/VR experiences, game design and development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and other applications. I have always been happy to share my knowledge of usability and interface design as a team member, mentor, and educator over the past few years.
