Hands-on support
Stuck in a supply chain role that isn't going anywhere? Trying to break into operations or planning and not sure how to stand out? Preparing for a promotion but uncertain how to position yourself?
I've mentored students, career changers, and mid-career professionals who were in exactly that spot — and helped them land roles, earn promotions, and build real career direction, most within 60 days.
I'm a Director at PepsiCo Beverages North America with 18 years of Fortune 50 supply chain experience spanning network design, S&OP, warehouse automation, co-manufacturing, and AI-driven operations. I built my career from the factory floor into a Director seat by learning how to communicate impact, build strong teams, and operate with discipline in high-pressure environments. That's what I teach.
I also lead an enterprise AI platform for real-time supply chain visibility, and I'm completing a doctorate researching how AI agents are transforming supply chain operations. If you want a mentor who understands both the traditional playbook and where supply chain is headed, you're in the right place.
Who I work with
Students and recent graduates who want to break into supply chain, operations, or planning and need a clear path to stand out.
Early-career professionals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to position themselves for their next move.
Mid-career professionals targeting senior roles who need clarity, confidence, and a concrete plan to get there.
What we work on together
For students and recent graduates:
Resume and LinkedIn setup that recruiters actually respond to
Translating coursework, internships, and projects into real job signals
Interview preparation for entry-level and rotational programs
Understanding how supply chain roles work in practice so you choose the right first role and don't get boxed in early
For early to mid-career professionals:
Promotion and role transition strategy
Career narrative and executive communication
30-60-90 day plans for new roles
Decision-making, prioritization, and workload control
Navigating cross-functional teams and leadership expectations
What your first month looks like
We start with a career audit — where you are, where you want to go, and what's blocking you. By the end of the first month, you'll have a clear 90-day action plan, an updated resume and LinkedIn profile, and momentum you can feel. Every session ends with defined next steps and shared accountability.
How I mentor
My advice is grounded in real experience, not theory. If you want vague encouragement, I'm not the right mentor. If you want clarity, direct feedback, and forward motion, we'll work well together.
If you're ready for guidance from someone who has lived the full journey from factory floor to Fortune 50 Director — and who can help you move forward with focus and confidence — book an intro call and let's see if we're a strong fit.
