About

I help technical leaders expand how they lead as their scope, complexity, and organizational impact increase.

As a former Intel technology leader with 24 years of experience and a certified professional coach, I partner with engineering, data, analytics, and product leaders who are moving beyond technical execution into broader strategic leadership. My work helps leaders strengthen influence, create alignment across teams, communicate more effectively with business stakeholders, and drive outcomes beyond the groups they directly control.

My background spans software development, technical program management, global team leadership, enterprise transformation, and data, analytics, and AI innovation. That experience gives me a practical understanding of both the technical complexity and human dynamics technical leaders face as they grow.

Throughout my career, I’ve consistently focused on growing people and building high-performing teams through coaching-based leadership. Today, I combine that enterprise leadership experience with formal coaching expertise, including certifications from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, Team Coaching Studios, and Team Coaching International.

Whether you’re stepping into a broader leadership role, navigating organizational complexity, or helping your team adapt to rapid change, I bring practical insight, objective support, and a structured coaching approach to help you lead with greater confidence, clarity, and impact.
