My background:

Lead PM on AI at iAdvize, where I shipped RAG + LLM assistants used by 2,000+ support agents in production — including the evaluation system that kept them shippable. Before that: product roles at PrestaShop, APRIL (insurance), and proptech scale-ups. I’ve spent my career translating regulation into product decisions — it’s a feature, not a constraint.
