Carlos is a hands-on leader with 10+ years of experience on AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science projects. Additionally, he has been actively involved in the recruitment, leading, and mentoring of many data engineers and data scientists for several years already.
He holds a solid record in designing and implementing solutions, including advanced predictive modelling, recommender systems as well as optimization algorithms. His professional experience also brought him extensive knowledge on software development, cloud architecture, data engineering and visualization techniques, and on product management.
Carlos holds a PhD, two post-graduations, one general management program, a leadership course, and a vast number of certifications (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, Scrum, Tableau) and technical courses. He is currently pursuing an MBA.
