MD and Founder of Skills Union, a skills training company that designs and delivers programs working with some of the world's leading universities, and training employees at global brands including Google, Netflix, Accenture, EY, and Apple. Also Co-Founder at Skills U, a complete skills development platform that makes it easy for companies to build, deliver and track skills development programs across their organization, and supercharge employee engagement, retention and productivity at scale.

Previously built and ran two award-winning digital agencies, Tidal and Drive Digital which were both acquired, as well as founding RED, a design and technology school which grew to three campuses in Canada and the UK. Deeply passionate about all things digital, and how learning and development can create economic opportunities and have significant impact on people's lives.
