I am a Senior UX Researcher working for Amazon, in one of its most profitable businesses, Amazon Business, leading the user research program for B2B Supplier Experience. I mentor/coach the more junior researchers on the team and have been a people manager as well in my time at Amazon. I am a calibrated interviewer at Amazon currently and have participated in dozens of hiring loops.
