We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
I started my career as a developer focused on back-end services and then became a tech lead and eventually a Director of Engineering. However, I didn't have a linear path to get there. I moved domains, companies, and roles (PM, TPM) and it has been a great learning experience. My success wouldn't have been possible without some great mentors and sponsors along the way. This is my attempt to give back to the larger community in the same way.
