Hi, I’m Daniel — I help people grow into the leaders they want to be.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across different industries leading teams, scaling ideas into real results, and navigating the ups and downs of business and leadership. I'm now also a founder, using AI and my knowledge to build a number of small digital businesses. Along the way, I’ve realised the moments that mattered most were when someone took the time to share their experience and help me see things differently. That’s why I mentor — to do the same for others.
I work best with people who are ambitious but might be feeling stuck or uncertain about their next step — whether that’s taking on leadership for the first time, growing a business, solving a particular technical or personnel issue or figuring out how to make work feel meaningful again.
