Hi I'm Danny! I’m a Senior Product Designer at Microsoft with 5+ years of experience specializing in AIUX 🔥 I’ve led designs across M365 Copilot core system, including Chat foundational experiences, Chat integration with M365 ecosystem, Rich outputs, and many more. Prior to this, I have worked at startups, such as Kalshi and Snackpass, to bring early concepts to life and wear "lots of hats" (website, pitch deck, branding).
As a mentor, I’ve mentored many students / early-career designers / career switchers. I've also been on the interviewer side to recruit early career designers for Microsoft and startups. From my experience, most designers don’t struggle with tools, however they struggle with storytelling, clarity, and showing senior-level thinking, which is where I love to help!
