Throughout my career, I've built and scaled high-performing engineering organizations (up to 40 team members with multi-level managers), aligning technical initiatives with strategic business goals. Before joining Virtuous in April 2023, I held senior engineering leadership roles at InVision, focusing on SDKs, APIs, and connected workflows for integrations. I was part of the Senior Leadership Team, described as a "culture carrier," and built partnerships with integration teams from Atlassian, Zoom, Microsoft, and Webex.
What energizes me most is seeing a customer's eyes light up when we deliver exactly what they need, celebrating team wins, and creating environments where engineers thrive. I excel at cross-functional collaboration—breaking down complex problems for engineering teams while translating technical challenges for product and design partners.

Dan is a great mentor. He is patient, kind, non-judgmental and very trustworthy. I really enjoyed our collaboration, we worked a lot on system design and he was helping me to go through interviews and the most important thing was that he made me believe in myself and it helped me feel confident skills and abilities.
