My name is Dario and I have worked in various product roles for the past 15 years. I spent this time at Swisscom (incumbent Telecom Operator in Switzerland), Google, Facebook/Meta, and in the last year as a contractor with various projects in the space of product development. One of them was an ad interim CPO role at a startup.
I have worked in a variety of companies with different cultures in regards to product and product-development. I can look back on things that have worked and some that haven't. Most problems in product development come from a lack of clarity and misunderstanding on what the problem is that needs to be solved.
