My Background
I've spent over 20 years working at the intersection of technology, product management, and security.
My career has taken me from global technology companies like Google and Meta to early-stage startups, where I've worked as a product leader, interim CPO, and strategic advisor.
At Google, I helped develop the Advanced Protection Program, bringing stronger account security to people at elevated risk of targeted attacks. I've also represented Meta on the FIDO Alliance Board, contributing to industry standards for authentication.
More recently, I've helped startups build product management capabilities, establish product strategies, and navigate the challenges of scaling their businesses.
I've also interviewed over 150 candidates at Google and Meta, giving me firsthand insight into how leading technology companies evaluate candidates. I use this experience to help mentees strengthen their professional profiles, prepare for interviews, and communicate their skills and experience more effectively.
