Before starting Haus Advisors, I spent years inside and alongside agencies, watching smart teams do great work while relying on referrals, founder-led sales, and a lot of crossed fingers to keep the pipeline full. What I saw over and over was this: the problem wasn’t effort or talent. It was a lack of clarity.
Today, I help custom software and technical agencies get clear on who they’re for, why they win, and how to turn that clarity into predictable pipeline. My work sits at the intersection of positioning, sales narrative, and practical growth systems, designed to compound without burning out the founder.
I’m skeptical of generic playbooks and allergic to hype. I believe relevance beats reach, trust multiplies outcomes, and the fastest way to grow is usually to do less, but do it with intention. Most of my work starts with diagnosis, not tactics, because bad strategy executed perfectly is still bad strategy.
As a mentor, I’m direct, thoughtful, and pragmatic. I’ll challenge assumptions, pressure-test decisions, and help you see the blind spots that are hard to spot from inside the jar.
