I have tried hiring professional coaches before, and most of them provided generic, surface-level advice. David could not be more different. He goes deep into your specific problems, your industry, and your exact situation before trying to help. You never feel like you are getting a one-size-fits-all answer. David is also extremely prepared. He even has a small book he shares that is full of very practical advice on how to operate inside large tech organizations. It covers things that may seem obvious in hindsight, but would otherwise take years, and a lot of mistakes, to learn on your own. More than anything, David genuinely cares about what he does and about helping you succeed. You can feel his passion in every interaction, and that makes a huge difference.
