About

I am a highly accomplished Senior Product Designer and UX Researcher with over 15 years of experience across industries including technology, automotive, healthcare, and education. My career spans a diverse range of projects where I've leveraged user-centered design principles to create impactful solutions that enhance usability, improve user engagement, and drive business growth.

Currently at Google, I lead the design and optimization of mapping and software solutions that improve ad delivery efficiency and targeting precision, contributing to scalable revenue growth and enhancing the user experience within the ad tech ecosystem. My previous roles include pioneering human-machine interface designs at Ford Motor Company, where I developed intuitive workflows to enhance driver interactions, and designing MVP mobile apps for LivaNova, streamlining onboarding experiences for epilepsy patients.

I’ve also led UX initiatives at Vodafone, shaping their first mobile app with user-friendly designs, and revamped payment workflows at Buildertrend to improve transparency and communication for clients. My work consistently combines design thinking with strategic goals, ensuring solutions meet both user needs and business objectives.

As a mentor and advocate for user-centered design, I guide aspiring designers at Springboard, sharing my expertise in design systems, research methodologies, and UX principles. With a background that includes design for complex engineering projects, SaaS platforms, and global branding campaigns, I excel at tackling multifaceted challenges and delivering creative, functional, and scalable solutions.
