I spent 30 years at FedEx, UPS, Ceva, Echo Global, and XPO. I was the VP making hiring and promotion decisions. I know what gets someone moved from Manager to Director and what keeps them stuck.
I also built two global logistics companies from scratch and ran global sales for Swish Advertising. I retired from operations in 2022 to focus on Kerr University, where I have mentored 300+ professionals. I wrote 14 business books and run DKNY Publishing so I know how to build authority too.

Week 1: Audit. We tear apart your resume, LinkedIn, and the stories you tell in interviews. I tell you exactly what a VP at UPS would think when they read it.
Week 2: Days 7 to 90: Plan. You get my Promotion Plan if you want a new title or my Consulting Blueprint if you want your own business. No theory. Steps you can do this week.
Every week: Calls + Access. We meet 1 on 1. You get me on Slack when you need a gut check before a big meeting. I will make intros to my network when it makes sense. I have 28,500 contacts.
I do not take on a lot of people. Five mentees per month max. That way I can actually help you instead of just talking.
