Your mentor

I am Digby Kerr, Founder & CEO of HORIZONS GROWTH™ and SALES GROWTH MARKETING™. I mentor through KERR UNIVERSITY™, my education and mentorship platform.

I have decades of experience in logistics, B2B sales, consulting and entrepreneurship. I held senior sales leadership roles at companies including FedEx, UPS, Ceva, Echo Global Logistics and XPO, working closely with executive teams and helping drive international growth and global carrier partnerships.

I founded DFS Consulting™ and Logistics Consulting™, and I am the author of 16 books, including Master the Sale, on building trust and winning business without pressure; Get Paid to Grow Businesses, on launching your own sales, marketing and branding agency; and LinkedIn: Make It Work for You, on turning LinkedIn into real business. Over the years I have mentored many professionals and founders.

How we work: before our first call you send your goal and relevant materials. In the first session we agree on priorities and a short written plan. After that we meet on the schedule your plan includes, and you use chat between calls for questions and reviews within your plan's limits.

My approach is direct and practical. You get honest feedback and specific next steps. I do not promise outcomes; the work you do between sessions decides the results.

How does the session take place?

Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, up to 24 hours before the session. Message your mentor and find a new time that works for both of you.

What if my mentor doesn't show up?

You're protected. If a mentor is a no-show, it takes one click to cancel and get your money back, no questions asked.

How do refunds work?
