I'm a freelance coach and consultant, having spent nine years working in the public sector, including as a hiring manager and middle manager, and leading organisational culture change. As a consultant, I support organisations looking to improve their organisational culture and implement EDI policies. As a coach, I specialise in transformational career coaching, supporting people early in their career or thinking about making a career change.
