Hello! I've led organizations at tech companies from startup to scale-out to deliver outsized impact. Now, I coach managers/leaders of those organizations to incrementally expand and improve their capabilities and impact.
Tech companies are a mix of people and technical problems. We'll work to figure out where you and your team need help. I'll bring a strong technical grounding, using my time in industry writing production code for enterprise and SaaS businesses and my academic background. My startup leadership experience at 10, 100, 1000+ person companies will help with any people management or organizational challenges, particularly as they apply to product and engineering.
As a leader at Toast, I helped shape the engineering organization's growth from ~30 engineers in 2016 to over 1000 in 2024, including helping many people get promoted all the way up to the Director level. At HubSpot and other companies, I wrote or reviewed code for everything from REST APIs to Chrome Extensions, from Kafka consumers to Outlook plugins.
